PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition exhibiting high impact resistance and surface jet-blackness. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding 1-20 pts. by mass of a graft copolymer (C) obtained by graft-polymerizing a vinylic monomer on a gummy polymer and regulated so that the content of the aromatic vinylic monomer unit in the polymer constituting the graft part may be 0.1-29 mass%, with 100 pts. by mass of a thermoplastic resin comprising 50-100 mass% polycarbonate resin (A) and 0-50 mass% copolymer (B) containing the aromatic vinyl monomer unit and a vinyl cyanide monomer unit as constituent units (the sum of the components (A) and (B) is 100 mass%).
