PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield washer device capable of enhancing the mounting easiness on a vehicle body without causing a hose to slack even if the arrangement is such that washer nozzles are installed on a cowl panel to be split to the left and right. SOLUTION: The windshield washer device is equipped with the washer nozzles 3 installed on the left panel member 2a and right panel member 2b of the cowl panel capable of being split any as desired, a hollow grommet 6 arranged so as to insert a panel to one of the panel members 2a and 2b, a first hose 4 whereto one end of the grommet 6 and one of the washer nozzles 3 are connected, and a second hose whereto the other end of the grommet 6 and the other washer nozzle 3 are connected.
