PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion auxiliary implement with which predetermined treatment is surely performed to reduce a burden on an operator or a patient by inserting/ejecting an endoscope insertion part and a treatment tool in the state of maintaining airtightness between a distal end and a proximal end of a tubular part through the tubular part. SOLUTION: The insertion auxiliary implement 1 includes: a tubular part 5 into which a flexible endoscope insertion part 2 which is insertable into a body cavity, and an external channel (channel) 3 are insertable; a sealing member 8 which is formed with through-holes for supporting the endoscope insertion part 2 and the external channel 3 in the tubular part 5 and which airtightly and movably contacts each of an outer periphery of the endoscope insertion part 2, an outer periphery of the external channel 3 or an inner periphery of the tubular part 5 to maintain airtightness between the distal end and the proximal end of the tubular part 5; and a fixing tool 10 for inserting the endoscope insertion part 2 and the external channel 3 into the sealing member 8 and then bundling them with each other.
