The invention relates to a panel comprising a substrate (1) which supports: an organic electroluminescent layer partitioned into electroluminescent cells (21) and inserted between two layers of electrodes of which one is transparent and the other is opaque, and; a layer (3) of light extractors involving the use of reflection, each extractor (31) being made of a transparent material and comprising an input section (32), an output section (33), and reflective lateral walls (34) at the location where the area of the electroluminescent layer of each cell (21) is optically coupled to a number of extractors (31). The light extraction capacity is improved while limiting manufacturing constraints and preserving panels of a limited width.
