Equaliser (20) is intended for connecting two part-components (10,11) for equalising their temperature caused, mechanical stresses. Each part-component has surface region (10s,11s), facing the other part-component. Equaliser contains several equalising layers (20a,b) coupled by solder layer (20c) between them. Equalising layers are each connected to one surface region. Preferably equaliser is linked to one surface region by second (40) and/or third soldered connection (41). Independent claims are included for method of manufacturing electric component with equaliser of mechanical stresses.
