A child seat (1) has a seat cushion section (6) and a seat back section (8), and is fixed to a seat of a vehicle in a forward facing attitude by using a seatbelt connected to a buckle (103B) of the vehicle. A shoulder belt guide (150) for guiding a shoulder belt section (104) of a seat belt of the vehicle pulled up from a connection point where the buckle (103B) and the seat belt are connected is positioned at a position on the same side, relative to the left-right direction of the seat (100), as the position of the buckle (103B), and the position is more on the seat back section (8) side than a boundary section between the seat cushion section (6) and the seat back section (8).
