<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and method and an image processing program that can facilitate a check for an image subject to red-eye correction. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 60 of a personal computer 2 refers to a strobe flash condition and a red-eye correction execution history added to tag information 53 on image files 50 captured from a digital camera 10 to identify image files 50 subject to red-eye correction.
