SOLUTION: A mail-order sales support program includes; a step which receives, via a radio base station 60 and a network 30, commodity information and the like included in order auxiliary information 151, which is read from an IC tag 141provided in a mail-order sales commodity catalog 10 by an order-placing device 70 operated by a customer, via an order mail from the order-placing device 70 and to receive the order of commodities; a step which executes processing relating to the settlement of the payment of commodity charges through a settlement device 50; and a step which makes an arrangement for delivering the commodities through a delivery center device 40.
