<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of preventing white smoke from occurring when an idling state is continued and enabling the forced regeneration of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device comprises a particulate filter 6 incorporated in the exhaust pipe 4 of a diesel engine 1, a temperature sensor 16 detecting a catalyst bed temperature, an exhaust throttle valve 20 capable of limiting the flow of exhaust emission 3, a regenerative switch 15 capable of transmitting instruction signals 15a, a fuel injection device 10 performing a fuel-after-injection at a timing when the fuel is ignitable after the main injection of the fuel, and a control device 9. The control device 9 comprises a function for starting after-injection after an engine speed is increased and the flow of the exhaust emission 3 is suppressed by the exhaust emission throttle valve 20 based on the temperature signals 16a of a temperature sensor 16 when the diesel engine 1 is in an idle state and a function for further increasing the rotational speed of the engine when the regenerative switch 15 transmits instruction signals 15a after the after-injection is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
