PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player, wherein the opening and closing operation of the cover thereof can be carried out without increasing the number of components thereof. SOLUTION: This disk player 1 comprises a front side terminal cover 50 mounted rotatably to a front panel 10 thereof. The front side terminal cover 50 includes a cover side engagement part 51, which is provided integrally with the front side terminal cover 50 and has a through hole 51a at a predetermined position. Further, the front panel 10 includes an insertion hole 11, into which the cover side engagement part 51 is inserted, and a pair of deformable panel side engagement parts 12, which are provided integrally with the front panel 10 so that they extend from two opposite positions on the inner surface of the insertion hole 11, toward the back side and are folded back in a U-shape to extend toward the front of the front panel 10, and which have convex parts 12a at the positions opposite to each other to engage the through hole 51a.
