PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular tube structure used as launching device for a flying body, or a cylinder liner of an internal combustion engine, capable of achieving lightening, and capable of favorably suppressing inner diameter increase following a temperature rise. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical circular tube 1 of a device moving a movable body 5 such as a flying body by using force of high temperature and high pressure gas from combustion of an explosive or the like, an inner side is a steel circular body 2, a recessed part 3 like a groove that is long in an axial direction is formed in an outer side, and a long fiber reinforced metal based composite material 4 wherein a circumferential thermal expansion coefficient is a value near zero or a negative value, and an axial thermal expansion coefficient is a value substantially equal to steel is adhered and molded in the recessed part 3.
