PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition, conductive coating, and a capacitor using the same, and a manufacturing method of the same capable of drawing out a capacitor capacity effectively by penetrating a conductive polymer of high conductivity in an inside of a porous material in a simple process. SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains a polymer resin compound having a cyano group and sulfo group, and a mass average molecular weight of 1000-50000, and aπ-conjugated conductive polymer. The capacitor includes a positive electrode formed of the metal porous material, a dielectric layer formed of metal oxide, and a negative electrode formed of the conductive composition and contacting with the dielectric layer.
