PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing laminate unit for laminated electronic component by which the deformation and breakage of a green ceramic sheet can be prevented and, at the same time, the soaking of a solvent contained in electrode paste into the green ceramic sheet can be prevented. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing laminate unit for laminated ceramic electronic component, a first supporting sheet 9 having an adhesive layer 10 on its surface and a second supporting sheet 1 having the green ceramic sheet 2 on its surface are faced to each other, and supplied between temperature-controlled first and second pressurizing rollers 15 and 16 in the faced state so that the sheets 9 and 1 may respectively come into contact with the rollers 15 and 16. Then the adhesive layer 10 is bonded to the green ceramic sheet 2 by pressing the sheets 9 and 1 against each other, and the adhesive layer 10 is transferred to the green ceramic sheet 2 by peeling the adhesive layer 10 from the first supporting sheet 9.
