PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin stack carrier which can easily reverse the front and rear sides of wafers without taking the wafers stored in a stacked state in the coin stack carrier out of the carrier and then reversing the wafers and storing them back into the carrier. SOLUTION: The coil stack carrier comprises a cylindrical body which stores the plurality of wafers in a stacked state while supporting the periphery of the wafers, a pair of openings for carrying the wafers in and out which are formed on both ends of the cylindrical body, and a pair of bottoms which are removably attached to the openings respectively and support the faces of the wafers stored in the carrier directly or via a cushioning material. By reversing the cylindrical body with bottoms attached to the both ends, the front and rear sides of the wafers stored in the carrier are reversed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
