PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improver having an improved raw material earth hopper capable of respectively and directly inputting a plurality of raw material earths to the hopper without premixing the raw material earth when inputting the raw material earth to the raw material earth hopper. SOLUTION: The raw material earth hopper has a hopper body having an input opening and a discharge opening, and a belt-like carrying means arranged under the hopper body and sending the discharged raw material earth to a mixer. The hopper body has a partition plate for partitioning the inside of the hopper body into at least two pieces via the input opening and the discharge opening by extending in the raw material earth carrying direction of the carrying means.
