PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop wallpaper, or a sheet for wall covering having insect proof functions and insect pest repelling functions for arthropods and simultaneously and effectively having deodorizing functions, mildewproof functions and antimicrobial functions in a well balanced state.
