PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blow out conditioned air from a blow-out port opened on a rear seat side, even in an air-conditioning unit wherein a heating heat exchanger is disposed in a front part in a vehicular traveling direction and a cooling heat exchanger is disposed on a rear side in the vehicular traveling direction. SOLUTION: A rear seat air passage 18 is defined by at least an outer wall part of a unit case 6, and a wall portion 19 formed above the cooling exchanger 3 and an air flowing opening portion 2. The rear seat air passage 18 having an air intake port portion 18A opening to an upper part on a downstream side of the cooling heat exchanger 3 at a one end, and an opening portion 18B connecting to a rear duct for blowing out air from a blow-out port to a rear seat side at the other end, is formed.
