PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of reducing the amount of flammable coolant required for a refrigerating circuit, and improving resistance to the leakage of the flammable coolant preparing for a collision accident. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises a condenser 28 of the refrigerating circuit 12 disposed between a partition wall 20 dividing between an engine room 2 and a vehicle room 6, and an engine 4; and an outside air lead-in port 42 formed on an engine hood, and leading outside air to the condenser 28.
