PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring control system for accurately grasping a state of a mooring rope, while remotely operating delivery and winding of the mooring rope. SOLUTION: This control system controls winding and delivery of the mooring rope R for mooring a ship to a quay. The control system is composed of a mooring device A having a winding drum 11 for winding and rewinding the mooring rope R, a rope winding means 10 rotatingly driving the winding drum 11 and composed of a remote controllable electric driving source, a delivery mechanism for delivering the mooring rope R to an external part and a rope delivery means 20 for driving the delivery mechanism and composed of the remote controllable electric driving source, a control means CB for remotely controlling a power source driving source of the mooring device A, and a monitoring system 50 for monitoring a state of the mooring rope R.
