PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-floor structure of vehicle showing a high flow straightening effect, a low surface pressure at the time of ground contact, no possibility of producing rust caused by mud at a welded part, capable of assuring a high rigidity at a floor member such as a tunnel part without requiring any special reinforcing member and capable of expanding a space at a compartment side. SOLUTION: A floor 1 is constructed into a bath-tub type floor where it is located at a lower position than those of a side sill 12 and a tunnel part 3. Some cavities 2 extending in a forward or rearward direction are formed outside a compartment between the side sill 12 and the tunnel part 3, and side frames 4 are mounted at the cavities 2, thereby a low setting of the center of gravity can be attained without changing a minimum ground height while the surface of the floor 1 is being arranged at a lower position and its running performance can be improved, the side frames 4 can be stored and mounted in the cavities 2 outside the compartment showing a high rigidity to assure a higher rigidity and strength and additionally the welding part of the side frames 4 against the floor 1 or the like can be protected in the cavities and occurrence of rust can be reduced.
