PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink furnishing device of a rotary press which ensures the rearrangement of a wide ink tray for rainbow printing in a short time. SOLUTION: This ink furnishing device comprises an ink fountain device 1 comprising an ink fountain roller 3, a blade 5 which is installed on a blade stand 4 built in parallel with the ink fountain roller 3 in such a way that the tip of the blade 5 is set in contact with the peripheral surface of the ink fountain roller 3, and side walls 6a and 6b; and an ink tray comprising a base 11 which is placed/detachably fixed on the blade 5 of the ink fountain device 1; a plurality of ink weirs 17 which have the tips sliding into contact with the ink fountain roller 3 on the base 11 in such a way that the base 11 is fastened to the surface of the blade 5 and are arranged at a specified interval in the axial direction of the ink fountain roller 3, split blades 18 arranged between the ink weirs 17 without a gap with the tips opposed to the ink fountain roller 3; and a split blade adjusting means for moving and adjusting an ink weir adjusting means supported by a crosspiece member 16 fitted to the rear end part of the base 11 and the split blades in front/rear direction.
