PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by controlling a plurality of fermentation treatment units by one controlling means, in a treatment apparatus of organic waste comprising the plurality of fermentation treatment units for decomposing the organic waste by fermentation, to simultaneously produce composts with different component ratios. SOLUTION: An operation means for promoting the decomposition treatment 1 of the organic waste, provided to respective fermentation treatment units 2a, 2b, and a detection means for detecting the state of the organic waste, are connected to the same controlling means 30.
