PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension stirring culture apparatus designed to regulate tilt angle of a stirring tube according to the shape of a culture vessel, continue stirring even when carried and have a high stirring ability and a simple structure. SOLUTION: The stirring tube 2 composed of a flexible material and having the closed lower end is hung into the interior of the culture apparatus 1 and a coil spring 3 is installed in the axial direction in the stirring tube 2. A rotating shaft 4 rotated and driven with external power connected to the top and deformable into a shape having the bent lower end is inserted into the center of the coil spring 3.
