PROJECTION TYPE DISPLAY DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the flexibility of layout by reserving a sufficient distance as an optical path length even in an instrument panel.

SOLUTION: In a projection type display device 10 for vehicles, an optical path of projection light guided by a lightguide part 40 guiding the projection light from a projection part 20 to a screen 30 is formed so as to surround the periphery of a steering member 3 being a long-sized member which is provided in the instrument panel in a vehicle and extends in the vehicle width direction. Thus layout is possible while securing a prescribed projection distance and avoiding interference with components provided in the instrument panel 1.
