<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base rail fixing device for installing a solar battery module, for preventing deformation of a folded-plate roof and rain leakage from this fixing part, while performing work by oneself, without requiring much time, by remarkably facilitating installation to a top part of a crest part of the folded-plate roof. <P>SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that a bolt inserting hole 11a is processed in the top part 11 of the crest part of the folded-plate roof 10; water cut-off packing 30 having a hole is placed on the upper side of the hole of this top part; a U-shaped upper metal fitting 31 having a bolt inserting hole is placed on the packing; a base rail 20 is placed between both side plates of this upper metal fitting; a shaft part of a bolt 36 is inserted into matched respective holes of the base rail, the upper metal fitting and the water cut-off packing; a lower metal fitting 40 having a bolt inserting hole is applied to the under surface side of the top part; a nut 43 is threadably attached by inserting the shaft part of the bolt into this bolt inserting hole; and the base rail is fixed to the folded-plate roof by fastening the nut. Thus, the contact area with the top part of the folded-plate roof is increased, and a load can be dispersed to a part sandwiched between the upper and lower metal fittings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
