<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and man-hours and to make height of the whole base plate uniform, in a capacitor for vehicle traveling only by a motor or for a vehicle traveling by an engine and a motor, and a cooling device for high voltage electric equipment for a vehicle motor for cooling a high voltage electric instrument such as a capacitor and an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: A recessed part 91 is provided on a side surface 20A at a battery 10 side of a base plate 20 bonded to a side surface of the battery 10. A main switch 121 and a main fuse 122 are stored/arranged in the recessed part 91.
