<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detoxify a gas (e.g., a waste gas containing a toxic substance such as VOCs) to be treated irrespectively of the kind of the gas. <P>SOLUTION: In a gas treatment method which treats the gas containing a toxic substance by decomposition, the temperature distribution in the inside of the gas treatment apparatus is made uniform by opening a gas feed pipe and a gas discharge pipe which are provided so that the passageway for the gas may be reversed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
