<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal apparatus for stopping service to a user who is in arrears with payment or unauthorized use on the basis of information received from a center server to be disposed in a remote place, and informing the user that the service has been stopped. <P>SOLUTION: Since a shut-off valve 21 of gas meter 2 is controlled so as to be opened/closed via the information terminal apparatus 3 from the center server 7 to be disposed in the remote place, the service to the user who is in arrears with payment or unauthorized use from the center server 7 is stopped, and the display screen of the apparatus 3 is arranged to display that the service has been stopped, so that the user is informed that the service has been stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
