<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation management program for existing houses that uses lease contracts to make use of existing houses, particularly those which can be circulated due to mortgage delinquency. <P>SOLUTION: The circulation management program using lease contracts for existing houses is characterized in that in order to manage circulation based on lease contracts for existing houses, a computer includes a property information registering/updating process means for registering or updating property information about existing houses that can be circulated; a purchase direction means for directing the purchase of existing houses in a circulation process according to the stock of properties for lease; a lease property evaluation means for evaluating the purchased existing houses as lease properties; a lease contract process means for applying for or approving lease contracts; a lease property delivery registering process means for registering information about the delivery of lease properties to residents; a lease property maintenance/management process means for maintaining and managing the lease properties during lease periods; and a lease article occupation/transfer process means for collecting or transferring the lease properties upon the expiration of the lease periods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
