<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone reservation system for enabling a patient who wants medical examination in a hospital to accurately and easily know the order of medical examination or a predicted medical examination start, and to cancel a medical examination reservation from a telephone of his or her house without going to the counter of the hospital. <P>SOLUTION: This telephone reservation system for managing the order of the medical examination of a patient in a hospital is provided with a medical examination reservation accepting part 1 which accepts medical examination reservation through a public telephone line from a telephone set A of the patient, a medical examination order confirming part 2 which confirms the number of patients (order of medical examination) from the patient at the time of accepting the medical examination reservation to the patient in the middle of medical examination at present and a predicted medical examination start time correcting and calculating part 3 which corrects and calculates the predicted medical examination start time of the patient at the time of accepting the medical examination reservation as necessary based on the progress circumstances of the medical examination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
