PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded type or ceiling suspended type air conditioner auditorily fine, giving no offense to the ear without any abnormal fluid sound, having a low noise value and furthermore energy-saving with high heat exchange performance. SOLUTION: This air conditioner of a ceiling embedded type embedded in the ceiling or a ceiling suspended type suspended from the ceiling has a blasting turbo fan provided inside an air conditioner body having a body suction port at the lower face center part and a body blowoff port around the body suction port; heat exchangers of approximately C-shape provided in a plurality of rows using aluminum fins and erected to surround the turbo fan; and a decorative panel provided at the lower part of the air conditioner body and having a panel suction port and a panel blowoff port in positions communicating with the body suction port and body blowoff port. Rectification vanes formed by laminating a plurality of plates extending in the horizontal direction of the air conditioner body, at predetermined spaces, are provided on the turbo fan side surface of the heat exchanger at least in an adjacent region of the tubo fan and heat exchanger.
