PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active liquid sealed vibration absorbing device having simplified construction with an increased output and contributing to a smaller size with a less number of parts. SOLUTION: The vibration absorbing device comprises a first mounting tool 1 and a second mounting tool 3 connected to each other via a vibration absorbing base 3, a first liquid chamber 4 between the vibration absorbing base 3 and a rubber wall 5, a second liquid chamber 6 outside a cylindrical fitting 10 forming the outer peripheral wall thereof, a diaphragm 7 and an air chamber 13 provided inward on an upper cylinder fitting 22 of the second mounting tool 2, an orifice 8 formed by fitting an orifice forming fitting 11 vulcanized and adhered to the outer periphery of the rubber wall 5 to the upper cylinder fitting 22, and an iron core movable type actuator 9 constructed as part of a needle 30 which can reciprocate a shaft member 27 connected to the rubber wall 5 in relation to a stator 28. A coil 33 of the stator 28 is excited for driving the shaft member 27 in both outward and homeward strokes to vibrate the rubber wall 5, whereby pressure in the first liquid chamber 4 is controlled.
