PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container capable of mounting in large quantities a plurality of plane glass plates for displaying on an L-shaped frame inclined by a specified angle, and improving a working efficiency by making integrally a packaging material with the frame. SOLUTION: A mounting face 112 forming a basic frame for the packaging container 100 for the plane glass plates for displaying, and formed for supporting the lower ends of respective glass plates mounted, a mounting frame 110 formed vertically to the mounting face 112 on the back end part of this mounting face 112 and having a back rest face 114 supporting the back faces of respective glass plates, a plane glass plate fixing device 130 for fixing the glass plates mounted, doors 140a and 140b one side ends of which are fixed on one ends of the front face of the mounting frame 110 and opened/closed, and opening/closing the front face opened of the mounting frame 110, and a door 145 one side end of which is fixed on the upper end of the mounting frame 110 and opened/closed, and opening/closing the upper face opened of the mounting frame 110, are equipped.
