PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a reduction mechanism in which a motor shaft is smoothly rotated even if employing three bearings to surely prevent occurrence of noise while the engagement between a worm and a worm wheel does not degrade. SOLUTION: A motor 1 with a reduction mechanism comprises a worm wheel 19 engaging with a worm 10 formed near one end 9a of a motor shaft 9 rotatable in both directions, a gear case 4 in which a shaft hole 4a for housing the worm 10 and a reduction mechanism housing part 4d for housing the worm wheel 19 are formed, a motor case 2 which comprises a first bearing 6 rotatably supporting the other end 9b of the motor shaft 9, and second and third bearings 7 and 8 that are engaged with the shaft hole 4a and rotatably support one end 9a and an intermediate part 9c of the motor shaft 9. An elastic body 20 of rubber that covers the entire outer periphery of the third bearing 8 is interposed between the third bearing 8 and the shaft hole 4a of the gear case 4.
