PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal crimping device by which an electric wire is quickly and securely discharged outside from holding portions which hold the processed electric wire, and a coming electric wire is held without stopping the processing of the electric wire at a terminal crimping mechanism. SOLUTION: The terminal crimping device includes discharge equipment 8 which has three holding portions 26 each holding a predetermined quantity of the electric wire with a terminal crimped, a retaining member 29 retaining the three holding portions 26 at intervals of nearly 120 degrees around an axis of nearly the same direction as the axial direction of the electric wire held in the holding portions 26, a support member 30 which rotatably supports the retaining member 29, and a rotational driving means 31 which rotatably drives the retaining member 29, wherein the holding portions 26 are rotatably moved by the rotation of the retaining member 29 between a holding position at which the electric wire is held and a discharge position at which the electric wire is discharged.
