PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process for obtaining each 3-dimensional position of a plurality of ultrasonic oscillators by a distance information obtained by receiving ultrasonic signal emitted from a plurality of the ultrasonic oscillators, with a plurality of receivers in an ultrasonic 3-dimensional position measuring device. SOLUTION: The number of distance information obtained with each receiver is checked and 3 receivers are selected among ones having the distance information of the same number as the number of receivers. A distance matrix arranging the distance information in the order of receiving by one receiver in each line of the matrix is produced from distance information of 3 selected receivers, and the second distance matrix is produced by replacing the elements in each line of the produced distance matrix. Three dimensional position of the oscillator is calculated by assuming the combination of distance of each line of the second distance matrix as the distance information from the same oscillator. By using the distance information of a receiver other than the selected 3 receivers, 3-dimensional position is evaluated, and repeating the process for obtaining evaluation values of all combinations, the 3-dimensional position given the minimum evaluation value is output as the 3-dimensional position estimation value.
