PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrinkle smoothing-out roller for reducing generation of a flaw by reducing wrinkles of a web over the whole width. SOLUTION: This wrinkle smoothing-out roller of the web is characterized by having a roller body, a fiber structure for covering an outer peripheral surface of the roller body, and an expanding-contracting means for expanding and contracting the fiber structure in the roller rotational axis direction.
