PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram-containing packaging material in which an uneven surface generated by a printed layer laminate to enhance the packaging design effect by hologram is improved to be a flattened flush surface, and the packaging design effect by the printed layer and the hologram is enhanced. SOLUTION: An outer printed layer 3 consisting of a main printed layer 3b and a transparent printed layer 3c or the main printed layer 3b and a non-printed part 3d is provided on a surface of a transparent hologram-forming resin layer 2 deposited on one side of a transparent plastic film base material layer 1. A hologram embossed uneven resin surface 2a and a hologram embossed uneven printed surface 3a which are formed by hologram embossing are provided on a boundary surface 3a between the resin layer 2 and the printed layer 3 and an outer surface of the printed layer 3. A light reflecting layer 4 is provided on the uneven printed surface 3a, and the transparent printed layer 3c portion or the non-printed part 3d portion is fully or partially provided in a hologram image area 2A by the uneven resin surface 2a and the uneven printed surface 3a.
