The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for treatment, in particular cleaning, of a surface of a part of a wind turbine such as a rotor blade or a tower. An apparatus and/or a platform is being placed in such a manner that it may be moved in relation to the surface, and a cleaning process is being performed on at least a part of said surface by the apparatus and/or by a person located on said platform, while the apparatus and/or the platform is moved in steps and/or continuously. The cleaning is performed using carbon dioxide (CO2) for example by supplying a flow of carbon dioxide (CO2) to at least one nozzle that is located in an application head. The invention provides an efficient and environmental-friendly cleaning. |
