The present invention discloses a device for raising seedlings, which is convenient to use and by use thereof manufacturing costs can be reduced and processing procedure can be simplified. The device for raising seedlings has a plurality of pole members standing in parallel. A plurality of tray members disposed in parallel between the plurality of pole members include at least one partition therein. A plurality of boxes for raising seedlings are disposed between the partitions of the tray members to raise young rice plants and include a plurality of through holes in the bottom surface thereof. A water supplying part is mounted onto a plurality of pole members to supply water into the boxes for raising seedlings. A warm air supplying part is disposed around the pole members and the tray members to supply warm air into the boxes for raising seedlings.
