The apparatus has a high frequency ablation wire (8) which is actively guided into an instrument route (10) of an endoscope (7) by a coil magnet (27) and a control lever (25) that are activated by a controller (24) of a magnetic navigation system. An independent claim is also included for medical treatment method for ablation of cardiopathy.
