PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle pedal easily engaged with a clamping member. SOLUTION: The bicycle pedal comprises a pedal shaft 21, a pedal body 22, a front clamping member 23, and a rear clamping member 25. The front clamping member 23 is coupled to a first end portion of the pedal body 22, and has a front cleat engagement surface 64 and a front clear stop surface 65. The front stop surface 64 is disposed by spacing a first offset distance d1 in a forward direction from a rotation axis of the pedal shaft 21. The rear clamping member 25 is rotatably coupled to a second end portion of the pedal body 22 and rotated in a generally backward direction, and has a rear cleat engagement surface 74, and a rear cleat stop surface 75. The rear cleat stop surface 75 is disposed by spacing a second offset distance d2 smaller than the first offset distance d1 in a backward direction from the rotation axis of the pedal shaft 21.
