<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fluid machine capable of expanding stall limit in a diffuser to a low flow rate side and performing stable operation in a wide flow rate range. <P>SOLUTION: This centrifugal fluid machine is equipped with an impeller having a plurality of blades and a hub arranged in root parts of the plurality of blades, and the diffuser 21 arranged in the downstream side of the impeller and having a plurality of vanes 24 between a shroud side wall face 22 and a hub side wall face opposing to each other. On at least the shroud side wall face 22 out of the shroud side wall face 22 and the hub side wall face, at least one communication groove 25 for communicating outer side faces 24a in the radial direction of the vanes 24 with the inner side faces 24b in the radial direction is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
