<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system for reducing the number of part items and efficiently cooling the inside of an engine compartment and the inside of a control device. <P>SOLUTION: An intake port 22 into which cooling air is taken is formed in a lower portion of a side face of a casing 9, an approximately L-shaped partition board 37 stands on a bottom plate 4 in the casing 9, and the partition board 37 and an outer plate constitutes a flow passage of first cooling air indicated by an arrow A for cooling the inside of the control device and second cooling air indicated by an arrow B for cooling the inside of the engine compartment 24.
