PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a flexible polyurethane foam excellent in antifungal/antibacterial tendency by mechanical frothing technique. SOLUTION: The method for producing the flexible polyurethane foam comprises mixing and dispersing together (A) an isocyanate liquid comprising an organic polyisocyanate (a), (B) a polyol liquid prepared by previously mixing together a polyol (b1), a catalyst (b2), a foam stabilizer (b3) and colemanite (b4), and (C) an inert gas by mechanical agitation followed by foaming the resultant mixed liquid to effect curing.
