PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a skin body which is almost free from a pinhole defect, a stripe-like defect, etc., and good in appearance quality while required physical property standards of moldability, physical strength, etc. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic elastomer composition powder is slush-molded, in which a powder composition A having a primary particle size of 300-1,000μm and a powder composition B having a primary particle size of 50-300μm are mixed to meet the following mass ratio relationship: 50:50<A:B≤5:95. By increasing the mass ratio of the powder composition B of a smaller particle size in the mixed powder, the powder is adhered uniformly to the surface of a mold with the powder composition B packed in the gaps of the powder composition A so that the slush-molded skin body has good appearance quality.
