PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming mold capable of achieving the quality enhancement and stabilization of a foamed molded product by well keeping gas venting when molding and capable of performing printing in a flash-applied state, and a molding method of the foamed molded product. SOLUTION: In the foaming mold 10 composed of an upper mold 12 and a lower mold 11 both of which form a cavity 15 and characterized in that a flash forming recessed part is provided to the mating surface 13 of the lower mold 11, the flash forming recessed part is composed of a short strip-shaped recessed part 16 for forming short strip-shaped flash extending in the lateral direction of the mating surface 13 opened to the cavity 15 and a peripheral recessed part 17 provided by notching the inner peripheral side edge part 18 of the mating surface 13 to form flash narrower than the short strip-shaped flash.
