PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine capable of drastically reducing the irregularity of product quality caused by the fluctuations of a mold assembly at the time of production of an optical element to obtain extremely stable product quality, an injection molding method and the optical element injection-molded by the injection molding machine and the injection molding method. SOLUTION: The injection molding machine is equipped with the mold assembly for injecting and charging a heated molten plastic material in the cavity surrounded by a plurality of cores to form the optical element, a temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature in the cavity, a target temperature setting means for setting a temperature suitable for taking the optical element out of the cavity as a target temperature, a mold opening indication means for indicating the opening of the mold assembly in order to take the optical element out of the cavity when the temperature measured by the temperature measuring means falls to the temperature set by the target temperature setting means and a mold opening means for opening the mold assembly based on the indication by the mold opening indication means.
