PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal having a heat-dissipating device capable of effectively dissipating the heat generated by a heat generating part. SOLUTION: The portable terminal is provided with: a main PCB 52 mounted on the terminal body and having a heat-generating part implemented thereon; a shield frame 56 that shields the electron waves generated by the main PCB 52 and supports the main PCB 52; and at least one heat-dissipating device arranged between the heat-generating part 50 implemented on the main PCB 52 and the shield frame 56, forming a heat conduction path for conducting the generated heat from the heat-generating part 50 directly to the shield frame 56 and preventing transmission of impact shocks from the shield frame 56 to PCB 52.
