PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosiphon capable of reducing a lowering of efficiency in absorbing heat of a container even if a cooling box mounted with the thermosiphon leans. SOLUTION: The refrigerant-filled thermosiphon 1 comprises a condenser 2 provided at an endothermic section of a Stirling refrigerator 4 to condense a refrigerant, and piping 3 formed in annular shape, connected to the condenser 2 and arranged around a container 5 to absorb heat of the container 5. The piping 3 has two paths 3a, 3b, and the paths 3a, 3b extend downwardly along the different half-peripheries of the container 5. The inclination angles of the paths 3a, 3b can thereby be increased. Consequently, the flow of the liquefied refrigerant in the piping 3 cannot be easily prevented even if the cooling box mounted with the thermosiphon 1 leans in some degree.
